International Overdose Awareness Day
All are invited to join us in recognizing International Overdose Awareness Day on August 20 to remember those we have lost and to create awareness for the ongoing opioid crisis.
CSWB in partnership with Wetaskiwin FCSS will be hosting the 5th annual Overdose Awareness Vigil. This event will take place at 7:00pm on August 20 at By The Lake Park hall. There is no cost and all are welcome to attend.

Community KAIROS Blanket Exercise
As part of Welcoming Week and in partnership with Wetaskiwin FCSS, we will be hosting a KAIROS Blanket Exercise at 7:30pm at By The Lake Park hall. This event is free and open to anyone. (recommended age from the facilitator is 17+)

Pop Up Navigation Centre
We will be bringing together a wide variety of community supports and services in one location at the same time in a welcoming environment. We invite anyone looking to connect with local services and programs to come to the Wetaskiwin Drill Hall on November 5 from 11am-5pm.
This event is to support the CSWB strategy in reducing barriers to accessing local services and fostering collaboration between community partners.
